How to Order your Eiderdown
We offer a special personal service for eiderdown customers due to the custom-made nature of eiderdowns and believe that by using personal contact and speaking to Robert or Christine, our customers feel more secure as they are dealing with real people and not a computerised ordering system. When ordering you can pay by credit or debit card which will not be charged until your eiderdown is despatched, or you can pay by cheque with order sent by mail.
Ordering information
1. View the eiderdown designs.
2. Simply telephone us on 01255 432518 or email us on sales@bedlinencentre.co.uk
3. We will send you an order confirmation to check (please note: all our eiderdowns are custom made to your specifications which is why we confirm your order and ask for payment or method of payment in advance).
4. Your order is given our immediate attention and despatched to you in approximately 6-8 weeks. Every effort is made to despatch within this time, but due to the personal handmade nature, will you bear with us if we run slightly over time. If there is a delay, we will let you know in good time the expected delivery date.
5. Your eiderdown will be despatched to you using a courier service (UK only), and we will contact you and arrange a suitable day. Your eiderdown will need to be signed for on delivery.
