Eiderdown ordering information
When you order an eiderdown it will be custom-made to your specification. Each eiderdown is a hand-made, one-off and not mass produced. It's your own individual eiderdown. When choosing a filling remember down is softer, warmer and more lightweight to sleep under. This a factor to consider, especially with larger sizes.
Please say if you would like a frilled or piped edge
When ordering your eiderdown, please say if you would like a frilled or piped edge. Our frills are the traditional one inch doubled over frill on all four edges.
International Orders
We can despatch to anywhere in the world and will quote for delivery outside the UK at the time of the order. (A quote can be sent via telephone, fax or email)
Free Sample Service
If you would like colour samples just telephone us on 01255 432518 or send a 2nd class stamp and a note of which you would like and we will send to you by return of post.
Credit Cards
All credit and bank card transactions are debited at the time the order is despatched.
Guarantee
All eiderdowns are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials, but please remember that due to the handmade nature of eiderdowns there may be slight irregularities in the making, but this is the nature of a craftmade product
Returns & Refunds
Please check your order details carefully. All eiderdowns are individually made, and cannot be refunded or exchanged once your eiderdown has been put in hand.
